The American Black Bear is another addition to the giant food chain in the Taiga Habbitat. This bear is an omnivore meaning that they eat both plants and animals. The American Black Bear's feet are similar to humans because of the heel, toe, heel, toe pattern. They have short claws which help in climbing. Their tails are short, round, stubby tails. These bears usually have a black color, but can have phases of brown, cinnamon, beige and even a bluish-white color. Most of these bears' lengths of their bodies are 5-6 feet from nose to tail and 32-38.
